Tica gained her Gib Ch title and a number of Group Placements in Spain and just requires the ‘punto obligato’ at Madrid to be credited with a SpCh title.
Thompson won his second and third CCs to gain his show title in the UK.
B. Canny Lad at St Vincent and Dave Stelling gained Working Test awards and a number of Breed Club trophies for their ‘dual purpose’ achievements.
2009 – We returned to the UK and then I made a trip to Illinois in time to see Maddie gain her Am Ch title at fifteen months. This trip presented another opportunity to work with SCoA on their Breed Education programme for Judges.
Later in the year I delivered Acricalmi Unica in Italix (Elena) to Suzanne Hudson in Washington State and she was joined by Italix Milena Olivia (Miela) in 2010 - two beautiful girls to broaden the gene pool and hopefully make their mark in the showring and field.
Rory Major’s B. Tiger By The Tail at Bryantscroft (Ludo) made his debut in Field Trials and impressed judges with his capabilities.
The DVD ‘Italian Spinone – Form & Function’ was launched.
2010 - An updated version of ‘The Italian Spinone’ book is planned for launch very soon.
Tica has now joined Elena and Miela in Washington, USA and is about to produce the next generation for this small but dedicated kennel.
